Hot yoga workshop

at Triyoga Ealing
Feb 20, 2022

triyoga hot teacher Veronika welcomes you to the next step on your hot yoga journey – a workshop paced more slowly than classes, offering you the time and space to delve deeper into the tapasya hot sequence.

Less formal than regular hot classes, this workshop will take apart the sequence and look at key alignment features plus tips and tricks for each pose. There’s something for everyone – intermediate students will be challenged by advanced asanas, and beginners will feel more confident with the foundational poses.

The workshop aims to build not just strength and flexibility, but a supportive, positive community within which you can explore and progress in your practice. You’ll receive individual attention, work hard and laugh, and leave inspired and more confident, buoyed by the support of the practice and the triyoga hot community.

yoga for beginners: a six-week course with Veronika Pongracz

at Triyoga Ealing + Online
Sep 18 - 30 Oct 2021

A triyoga beginners’ course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. It is perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

The practice builds week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). You'll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques. You will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher and work at a pace that means you learn slowly and thoroughly, step by step.

This course creates a strong and safe foundation so you can explore the many different styles of yoga in any of our level one or open-level classes.

Flow + Restore
Aug 7, 2021

This class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class with the stillness of a restorative one. It begins with breath-led, alignment-based flow before transitioning into quieter work that balances the nervous system with restorative and yin postures. The result? A state of harmony and peace in both body and mind.
