Private Sessions

Ways to support your wellbeing

Private yoga

Whether you're new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice or working towards a specific goal, private yoga gives us the time and space to focus entirely on you.

A private session can be useful if you want to:

  • Build strength, mobility and flexibility

  • Improve your alignment and technique

  • Feel more confident and comfortable in your practice

  • Work towards particular poses or areas of your practice

  • Develop a yoga sequence you can practise on your own

  • Adapt your practice around an injury, limitation or particular need

  • Get individual guidance that isn't always possible in a group class

Sessions are tailored to your level, your body and what you want to work on. They can be more dynamic, restorative or somewhere in between.

Meditation & Mindfulness

If you're looking to slow down, manage stress or develop a more consistent meditation practice, private sessions give you the opportunity to explore what works for you. Sessions can include guided meditation, breathing practices, mindfulness techniques and simple tools that you can use in everyday life.

We can work together to find practices that fit naturally into your routine, rather than adding another thing to your to-do list.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy uses the frequencies and vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Private sessions are tailored to what you need at the time. We begin with a conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like to focus on, which helps me shape the session using different instruments and techniques.

Depending on what you're looking for, a session can support deep relaxation, stress relief, releasing physical tension, settling an overactive mind, processing emotions, improving sleep or simply creating space to pause and listen to what you need.

The experience is different for everyone, and there is no need to know anything about sound therapy beforehand. You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to experience the sound and vibration.

Talking Therapy

There are times when we can feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. You might be dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, a difficult life change, relationship issues, or simply find yourself repeating patterns that you don't fully understand. Talking therapy offers a confidential space to slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing and explore what might be underneath it.

My approach draws on my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, alongside decades of experience working with yoga, mindfulness, meditation and sound. This allows me to bring together an understanding of the mind with practices that help us pay attention to what is happening in the body, creating space to explore both what you're thinking and how you're feeling.

Sessions are collaborative and led by what you want to explore. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We can start wherever you are and work from there.
