YOGA, SOUND & BATHING
DAY RETREAT IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE
with Peaceful Warriors
Saturday, 13th January 2024
Join Veronika and the Peaceful Warriors team for a day retreat at PAUS., a serene oasis in Cambridgeshire, inspired by the Scandinavian philosophy of balance. Leave behind everyday stress and distractions and let us care for you.
After welcome tea and coffee, we settle on our mats for an uplifting and nourishing morning yoga class with Pippa. Yoga that feels good in the body, mind, and breath. Open your heart, and get settled in.
After practice, we head up to the Hilltop Bistro where a delicious 3-course vegetarian lunch awaits. Wholesome, homegrown, and seasonal food to fill your belly and your soul.
After lunch, indulge in a luxurious open air bathing experience. Handcrafted red cedar hot tubs and a Finnish dry barrel sauna await. Enjoy a drink of your choice as you relax, served straight to you in the tub. For an invigorating experience, try the cold bucket shower and cold plunge pool, with Anthony on hand for guidance in alternating between hot and cold.
After three hours of bathing, we reconvene for Veronika's deeply relaxing yin yoga class. Gentle poses to unwind and rejuvenate. Following yin yoga will settle around blankets and bolsters for a relaxing sound bath. Veronika will take you on a journey with the healing tones of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi bells, therapeutic percussion and more. Let the sounds carry you, clearing mental, emotional, and physical blockages for clarity and profound relaxation.
