Online Classes
Do you prefer practicing from the comfort of your own home? Check out my online class schedule below.
My intention with these classes are to inspire your practice at home, and to create a space where we can connect. Through physical movement, meditative practices and discussions, I would like to help you keep healthy in both body and mind. Most of my studio classes are also streamed online. Full schedule here.
Thursdays
18:00 - 19:00
yin yoga + nidra meditation
Yin yoga is the perfect antidote to urban stress and brings a great balance to more energetic practices and fitness classes. During this class we use long, passive holds to work on the connective tissues of the physical anatomy and on the energy systems of the ‘subtle anatomy’, resulting in a profound balancing of inner strength and outer flexibility. The session ends with Yoga Nidra, which is a meditation practice and a progressive relaxation technique, especially useful for those struggling with falling asleep, stress and anxiety. We lay down comfortably and can enter into a deep state of relaxation and have the opportunity to explore different states of consciousness.
Sundays
9:00 - 10:00
dynamic yoga
A flowing, dynamic practice to start your weekend in good spirit. Each week we go through a creative sequence focusing on intelligent alignment and anatomical precision while having fun and exploring where you can take your practice on the day. This class helps to sharpen your inner and outer awareness, while cultivating lasting strength, energy and flexibility. This practice will make you sweat, but it is suitable for all levels.
