Practice with me
I teach hot , vinyasa and yin yoga weekly in person and online.
My yoga classes are focused on mindful movement, with detailed attention to postural alignment and breath: by allowing your body to arrive at the posture that is right for you, nothing is forced, and the resulting practice is safe, comfortable and appropriately challenging. My aim is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, energised, connected and balanced with greater awareness.
